Why Triggered Exists
Triggered exists to make local firearm inventory easier to list, easier to browse, and easier to discover through free listings, dealer pages, QR codes, and mobile-first local search.
Firearm inventory is still too hard to find locally.
Some inventory is on national marketplaces. Some is on dealer websites. Some is sitting in display cases. Some never makes it online because dealers are busy and listing inventory takes time.
Triggered exists to reduce that friction. The goal is to make local firearm inventory visible without forcing dealers or private sellers through expensive or outdated listing systems.
Listings are content.
A firearm listing is not just an item for sale. It is useful local market information. It tells buyers what is available, helps dealers show inventory, and gives search engines and AI search systems structured information they can understand.
That is why Triggered is being built around public listing pages, dealer inventory pages, local discovery, and clean mobile browsing.
Free listings create more useful inventory.
Triggered does not charge basic listing fees. We do not want cost to be the reason inventory stays offline.
The more inventory that is visible, the more useful the marketplace becomes for buyers, dealers, and the local firearm community.
Physical inventory should connect to digital discovery.
Firearms are often discovered in physical places: shops, display cases, ranges, gun shows, and dealer counters.
Triggered's dealer QR system helps connect those physical moments to digital inventory pages. A customer can scan a dealer QR code and keep browsing that dealer's current listings from their phone, even after leaving the store or show.
